I'm not surprised it was approved. They don't want to climb into an attic. It looks like the water has to run uphill to drain(?)

Nah, those are high end copper support connectors. Consider it an upgrade!

Had not looked at it that way before ... those "copper support connectors" are even insulated and covered too ... does that make it the super duper high tech upgrade?
