Plumbing Stacks
Inspected a house yesterday that was built in 1963 with copper plumbing stacks. The roof was replaced a couple years ago with new rubber boots. The stacks now are just below the boots or maybe an inch or two above in some cases. Have pictures if necessary! Shouldn't they be at least 6 inches above the roof line?

Re: Plumbing Stacks
Report recommendation: remove all copper plumbing stacks and replace with cheap-ass but efficient PVC stacks.
- Use money for vacation or new kitchen.
