Thread: Mold and/or Radon testing..

In addition to radon and potability, I offer a functional flow test for wells.

Like Garry, I am a SPI also, do pest as part of the home inspection process. We have a fair amount of subs in my area. Nothing like the SE folks though.

I am in Central Washington and only been asked for Radon once.

Do not do mold if someone is hell bent on a test I have a guy I will send them to. Most of the time I can give them enough info so they decide if they need it or not (99% not).
