Thread: Need AC Heat Inspector

I need an inspector to check out my my AC/Heat units.
Im not looking for a AC/Heat company because all they want to do is sell
my a new one everytime they come and service my units each year.
I keep getting different stories from each one of them.
I am just looking for a unbiased inspection completed.

Gas furnaces typically last about 30+ years around here with no real problems.
A/C units typically are past their prime at 15 years and it only makes sense to replace rather than repair due to energy efficiency improvements. A new A/C unit can actually pay for itself with energy savings.
