EZ Inspection Software - InspectionNews

Has anyone used "EZ Inspection Software"? I have been looking over it and just wondered if anyone had any feedback on it.

It's hard to tell. They don't offer a trial version. They do have a demo video that on the surface seems ok. The cost difference between this and Home Gauge is significant though. So my real question is, "Is Home Gauge worth the extra $600?"

It seems that a good majority of Inspectors are using Home Gauge, so if anyone has any thoughts on EZ Inspection, I would love to hear them.
For that matter, if you are using something else that you love, I'd like to hear about that too.

I have not heard of EZ Inspection software. I have heard and seen Home Gauge software. Home gauge is one of the major vendors out there with a solid track record. So, do you think that Home Gauge is worth the extra money. You might be able to scrimp on a tool here and there. My suggestion is do not scrimp on your software because it reflects on you and how you conduct your inspections.

Thanks for the advice. I really like the Home Gauge software. I was really just hoping someone would say the other stuff is great. I think I know which way to go on this one. I appreciate to insight...

I use MSWORD for my reports. along with DragonSpeak this just works for me. I can see the report as i build it.

Now if I was going to use a standard report program I would go with this program. the service is the best around. can't be beat. Home Inspection Software - Home Inspector Pro - Home
