Writing Properly
I guess I need a primer on searching the forums. I know there have been a couple of posts concerning writing "gooder". I also believe Jim Katen has recommended using The Elements of Style by Strunk and White as a guide. I'm pretty sure about the title and author(s). But, I believe there was a particular edition or one particular book Jim recommended. Jim, I couldn't email you directly. But, it wouldn't hurt to tell us again.
You know MS Word, set to check certain things, will come back and warn you "passive voice - restructure", "sentence too long", improper use of verb" and some other things to alert you that you may want to rethink that sentence.
Thanks in advance,
