Inspecting a roof !
I do a lot of reading here, but this time I decided to Post.
The other day I was inspecting a doctors office and noticed something a little strange. Upon looking a little closer, I saw a baby Raccoon on the next door roof!

The racoon inspection report - "This place is perfect, but it needs a grape vine on a trellis for better access to the door. Purple grapes are preferred."
