Structural Insulated Roof vapor issuses
Structural Insulated Roof in some areas are few and far between. I, fortunately, never had to repair a SIR. Though they have been used for many years I have not seen many. I personally had serious concerns starting 30+ years ago about longevity and repairs.

As this system have expanded into many areas of the country that have varying degrees of humidity we will be looking for roof problems more closely on the SIP roof systems.
I am now rethinking what I have to say about the SIP roof system for the future.
