I forgot the floor drain in the utility room off the kitchen.... and the leaks under every sink... oh.... and they installed this dishwasher while I was standing there...

arguing with the HVAC guy about the drain.... sorry about the multiple posts, but I got so pissed just thinking about this developer that I kept hitting the post button... there's around 8 pages of this stuff... in a 1BR 1BA condo....
