Asphalt Tab Shingles to Standing Seam Metal
Does anyone have a good graphic or detail depicting the proper transition between asphalt tab shingles (above) and standing seam metal (below) roofing?

Re: Asphalt Tab Shingles to Standing Seam Metal
This is the closest I have seen, it is a transition from metal to metal where different slopes meet, but the flashings from the metal roof below to the asphalt shingle roof above would be the same. The difference would be from the transition flashing up (the asphalt shingle roof instead of metal roof). The transition flashing down would be the same.

The transition flashing configuration is shown on page 13 (the transition flashing configuration is also shown below the transition flashing detail on page 33), the transition flashing detail is shown on page 33.

JP: That is helpful, but I am still on a quest to find a graphic that depicts the exact installation. It is a common installation in my area and one that is never done correctly.
Wouldn't it be grand if someone with the drafting skills and the understanding of construction could start a service where folks like us could order graphic details online for a modest fee? Yes, I am familiar with Sketchup and its ilk, but have neither the time nor the inclination to begin a new career. If anyone knows of someone who offers such a service, let's hear about it.
