    Default EPDM roof

    This roof was just installed two weeks ago. Buckling noted and underlayment appears uneven. Any thoughts.

    improperly secured deck/substrate is a defective installation

    what considerations were taken for cold weather application?

    have owner contact the regional mfr. rep to assure the install and warrantability

    Richard what is with that gutter downspout extender? Is it a low profile one or did it get stepped on?

    I'm more concerned with what the Treated 4 x 4 is holding up, and the load on the roof.
