    This is on a 1990 commercial building. A little touchy but not sure IRMA. Thank you

    No, I doubt that is an IRMA roof, it simply looks like a mess to me. More like it may have been some type of spray-on foam roof but does not have the typical top coating a spray-on foam roof has.
