    Other than they are B-U-T-T U-G-L-Y.

    The first photo shows the tile below the metal valley flashing pointed up as required, however, it shows that the tile to the right of that tile is not pointed up along the underlock edge. It may not need it, depending on the slope of the valley terminus. A side-to-side slope might need it under that underlock edge.

    The second photo shows a tile which does need to be pointed up where the valley extends into the tile cut outs, to stop as much water as possible from flowing up under that tile, keeping that much water out in the valley so it can flow over the tiles below.
