Did you locate these in the attic? Usually, you will not see these together like this. Meaning, that that may have been a FUBAR that was a cosmetic fix where the hole in the roof was made pre-maturely and had to relocate the p-vent, then do a 90-degree and tie-in to the only one actually there.
Seen that one before... pretty ugly site too.
