Poor Man's Solar Collector
Thank goodness I didn't inspect this house. I happened across it the other day on my way to another inspection.

Check out his neighbor who extended the life of his roof by painting it.

Speaking of solar and roof painting.
I read somewhere that someone has developed a spay on material that acts as a solar collector.
Sounds a bit far fetched to me but when Home Depot starts selling 5 gallon buckets of stuff that will power your house, I may give it a try.
