Gutters first, stucco second...oops!
I see this quite often. The gutter guy gets ahead of the stucco guy. Then the stucco guy can't stucco the portion of wall behind the gutter end cap, leaving the unfinished stucco wall, with exposed chicken wire, etc. Some contractors flash a curb above the gutter to try and direct the water into the gutter.
