Roof flashing
Should not there be L flashing along this wall?? Unless I a wrong, I dont see any.

There should be (and may be) flashing behind the finished surface.

Bill,

I'm sure the flashing is there, they just did not stop the stucco at least 2" above the line of the shingles.
