	06-24-2008, 08:35 PM #1 K & B and insulation K & B and insulationFound this while strolling in an attic this morning. went straight down and turned the power off and called the realtor. luckily the house is vacant. The wire insulation was also missing in several places and it was all hot and hot  Never a dull moment Never a dull moment

 BTW, the condition of that particular section of wiring aside, the issue of knob and tub in insulated spaces is a bit more complicated that you might expect (or than I expected, anyway):
