Bollard Attempt to Protect Condensing Unit
Don't think that this bollard is going to be much protection.

Did you pee on the condensing unit? I see water around the outside of it on the concrete.

It's also below the meter, right in the working space required for the meter.

That pipe is for cell phone wiring only!
That foam core pvc is not allowed for under ground use in some areas!!!
