I ran into in instance where the chimney terminated below the third floor roof line. It was above the second floor roof line, and is more than 10' away from the side wall of the third floor. There are no windows on that side of the third floor.

So, my question is, does this application meet the requirements for proper termination and clearance?

Thanks for any advice. - jd johnson
