This time of year when I finish cleaning my gutters I just got the other side of the roof and start over again....
On inspections I almost feel like a bit of a jerk calling out leaves on the roof. Literally, the seller could have cleaned the roof as I pulled in the driveway and I'd still have a picture of leaves all over it.
