Oh come on. It's nothing a little duct tape and some zip strips can't fix.

Re: who says i cant add more circuits
You must have some real "gems" in the power company to approve that overhead service. Even the meter reader should have called that out.

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Re: who says i cant add more circuits
Charlie,
I'm hard pressed to understand the problem. I'm sure you can point the customer to wireless receptacles that you just glue to the wall with a surrounding wrap of waterproof duct tape.
I think NASA has a bid out for them now. I believe they operate off of random oxygen currents in space inside of the contrail of a passing comet. I also think that each such receptacle has an antenna for it that is about 200' high. You just tape the antenna to the wall. It catches ambient current flow from Califorina Windmills. I think you need to be on the East side of the Applacheian Mountains for you to catch the atmospheric bounce.
Wallmart may have them soom, the perfect Christmas gift.

Re: who says i cant add more circuits
Typical installation for bedouin in the Middle East. You might find the entire neighborhood is wired by the the guy. If your not paying the mortgage or rent why pay for electricity? My recommendation: Add more smoke alarms.

Re: who says i cant add more circuits
You must be a nit picker. There are still some unused terminals and all the circuits appear to be fused or have breakers. This installation has room for home expansion.
