    Probably not. But ...

    I'm also concerned about the multiple wiring through the single knockout opening in this JB as well as in the service equipment panel.
    ... this applies to all of those photos, and yes, that is a problem.

    Robert,

    Picture # 3 Bottom 20 amp breaker is doubled tapped. White wire used as positive should

    be PERMANENTLY Marked (red tape is not permanent )

    I hope that wire nut was an extra in Picture # 2

    The breaker does look like it's multi tapped, count the wires and breakers. I counted 11 each.
