Might be hard to prove a home did not have radon before a system was installed. However, he is screwed for falsifying documents.

    Pennsylvania?

I seem to recall someone else who got in trouble in Pennsylvania ... wasn't it radon too? Didn't he move to Montana or someplace to avoid paying the fines and stuff ... or was that eventually resolved?

No idea, but the OP's link is from a Pennsylvania news stations and the inspector is from Pennsylvania. We have no Centre County in MN.

Sounds like the E&O insurer is going to take a hit. Unless he didn't bother to do that also (PA has state E&O requirement, I do believe).

I have no idea where I got Minnesota from. So sorry; it was indeed PA.

If I recall, Nicky got in trouble for something similar several years back and he left the state and moved to CO.

That is what I was mentioning - was it ever resolved, or does PA still not welcome him in with open arms with palms exposed?

Yes we all know the story... and here I am being singled out by an entity for being kicked out of Nacho, like I had committed fraud or ran from the law. How ironic!

    The "event" or the "resolution"?

The event. Do not believe resolution ever occurred.

I thought the only way to get kicked out of Nachos was to stop drinking the kool aide.

That's what I thought ... so they still would like to fit him with some nice shiny jewelry to wear when he visits PA?

I thought that he still owes $14,000 to PA (probably not counting interest), but apparently they don't bother pursuing people who owe money.

Yup skipped town still owing, a true professional. Makes me wonder about all those other qualifications he has put after his name. Does anyone really believe he is a CMI? Obviously the police background cheque was waived for him.

RADON Nickifor N. Gromicko Jr. v. DEP EHB No. 98-199-MG EHB affirms denial of certification and $14,576 penalty for 30 violations in installation of 12 radon mitigation systems 5/26/00 P. 9.

I wonder why NG has not removed himself from Nacho, after all he kicks other people out with help from his goons without so much as an ethically run hearing.

    30 Violations!
