    I fail to see the issue. It's a whip. The gutter installer is the dummy for putting a pipe there.

    I would be considering how close unit is to the walls, look up minimum clearance called for by Manufacturer

    Additionally, if installed in lengths longer than 6 feet (looks like it probably is longer than 6 feet), the liquidtight flexible nonmetallic conduit is required to be supported and secured at 3 foot maximum spacing and within 12 inches of each end.

    Regarding the gutter, the air conditioning contractor likely arrived after the gutter installer and just wired it up from the disconnect.

    Also looks like the concrete pad goes under the brick veneer at the corner ... if so, where is the ledger which is supporting the brick veneer?

    Have you ever not noticed a snake because you were so focused on what you were inspecting? When I posted that I saw this, I was referring to the snake in the bushes, barely visible. That is three snake encounters in three weeks for me.
