    Default half breakers not allowed?

    Has anyone heard of a local code not allowing the use of half size breakers in a panel that is designed for them?

    Prohibited in new work in Evanston IL.

    They specifically have a code addendum stating that?

    How is that worded? Does it also preclude full-size-but-tandem breakers?
