Newbie question
Hi everyone. I'm Tiffany from Louisiana. I've been doing field inspections since 2017. My question is about E & O insurance. I can understand certain situations where it would be a good idea to have it, but I don't do any property preservation. I only deliver delinquency letters. Do I still need E & O for that? I've been told I do. If so, how much? And what is it classified as? In the years that I've been doing this, I've never had any bad experiences or been in any bad situations. Can you give me an example of what would constitute a need for E & O?
