 Most roofing crews don't install the roof sheathing, atleast not around here. I think the roofer did his job.

 Yes2) Would this look any different..... if they used architechural style shingles?
 
 I agree, and to those who disagree, don't say the roofer should have seen it and not installed the shingles because I truly do not believe this would have been noticeable while on the roof.
 
 Ken, I agree with this part, I would not want a car with a 3 tab shingled roof.
