	12-02-2008, 07:04 AM #2 Re: 3 taps Cutler Hammer Re: 3 taps Cutler HammerNot sure what you are referring to as taps, but AFCI breakers, like GFCI breakers, have a terminal to which the hot conductors goes, a terminal to which the neutral conductor goes, and a white pigtail which goes to the neutral terminal bar.

 From the photo, there are two AFCI breakers side-by-side, I think the "3rd" white wire is actually to the other AFCI breaker. If not, that AFCI breaker is missing its 2nd white wire.
