    I just had a customer calling who was concerned about the possibility of drug lab in the foreclosed house he was closing on in a few days. About all I could offer was: I am not an expert, call the local PD for historic records on the house, call an expert.
    I inspected the house a month or more ago and had nothing that raised my suspicions, but I am a middle age white guy from the suburbs that would not know a crack pipe if I saw one, much less a meth lab.

    Worse would be a false negative ...

    I suspect E&O insurers do not cover that either.
