    Yup. Some kind of maples the city planted within a few weeks of our asking them to. Could have knocked us over with a feather.

    When I lived in Colorado that WAS the car to have. No big 4x4 trucks, no 4x4 SUV, all you saw in Breckenridge, Vail etc was Outbacks, everywhere.

    This time of year when I finish cleaning my gutters I just got the other side of the roof and start over again....

    On inspections I almost feel like a bit of a jerk calling out leaves on the roof. Literally, the seller could have cleaned the roof as I pulled in the driveway and I'd still have a picture of leaves all over it.
