    Default Tandem breakers

I have never seen a breaker like this I think it is a tandem breaker. Square D box. House was 35 done years old with up grade to box done recently.

Yup, they are old style tandems. You can't use them in new boxes, only for replacement in existing installations.

That panel is original to the house. It was NOT "upgraded" ever.

Agreed based on the small wiring gutters and the rust.
