    Default Overhead oil delivery line.

Does a copper oil line that runs overhead from the oil tank to the burner need to be in a protective sleeve like it would if it ran along the floor?

If it leaves the environmentally controlled area it may need to be insulated. I am thinking of an installation that I saw that had the oil line running up and through the attic (looked like there was no other way to get it from the tank to the furnace).
