New Kid In Town
Hi All
My Names Shane I live in Torquay in England and i am just completing my training as a home inspector. just found the site and hopefuuly get to pick the brains of some of you seasoned inspectors and pose questions in areas that i am not sure about

Do you do the "HIP" reports? I understand that most of your inspections in England consists of more energy assessments than a mechanical inspection.
Is this so?
