The day will begin with a splash as we cover basic
pool inspection techniques. We’ll take an in depth
look at potential defects, maintenance issues,
safety considerations and overall pool conditions.

The session will cover reporting requirements and
appropriate recommendations to homebuyers.
Instructors will include the experts at Paddock
Pools in Scottsdale AZ and with several seasoned home inspectors.

We will also wade into a discussion about pool
inspection standards led by inspection veterans
that have been on the forefront of this issue.

In the afternoon we’ll take a deep breath
and dip into safety considerations as we discuss
how to be safe in and around pools. This session
will include a comprehensive CPR training and
all who attend will be CPR certified after participating in
the course.

Lastly, what would the day be without sharing
our pool war stories. We will have a “Worst
Pool Inspection” Photo Contest…
