    Default Streamlight Customer Service

I can't recall the last time I took either of my Ultrastingers to the Streamlight repair shop here and paid for anything. Today, I took one in to get a bulb replaced and they replaced the bulb and the switch at no charge. Replacement bulbs alone will run you $10 a pop if you buy them to keep spares on hand.

As long as this keeps up, I may never buy spare bulbs.

    Default Re: Streamlight Customer Service

I went in recently, convinced that one of my ultrastingers had a bad switch. Turned out, the "new" bulb I put in was bad.
He replaced the bulbs in both flashlights, even though bulbs aren't covered under the warranty (switches are).
My only complaint from my last visit is that the guy that waited on me wasn't nearly as cute as the young lady from the time before.
Nick, we're lucky to live near the Streamlight plant.
