That is why we need to invest swimming pool cover. Swimming pool covers come in several different forms but all of them have one mission in mind: seal your water from outside intruders. Whether it is leaves, debris, dirt, or pesky neighbors and vandals, your investment will be protected. Plus if you have small children or pets out in the backyard, there will no longer be any dangers of these helpless loved falling in.

You wonder why teenagers are drowning?

Cause their knuckleheads. Wacked out on drugs, fast food and having way too much sex.

Seriously teens are probably a high risk due to nothing more than horseplay and injuring themselves first and then drowning.

Regarding pool covers, I see some every once in awhile but they are never in use (pool covered) or they are not installed properly.

The best preventative against a child drowning is to teach a child to swim. No matter how young they are. My grandsons have been in the pool since they were probably 6 months old and are learning to swim and float on their own already.

For those that drown and it is parents neglect for not watching the child, lock up that parent for life I say.
