As if 24" centers on floor joists wasn't bad enough....lets cut one out of the way to make room for that "poo" pipe....
No wonder the floors were bouncy and the tub was a saggin...

Plumbers should not be allowed to handle Sawzall type reciprocating saws!
At least not without training and a concealed damage weapons permit.

This entire house is a piece of work. Built in 1972.....I'm thinkin the builders had spent all thier money on weed, LSD and "free love" back in the late 60's and then decided to build a home with what they had left over......I'm still sitting here in my office working on the report.
Sometimes I wish I could just give my clients a one page summery.....
The House is BAD!!!

There's a saying "There's no bad contracts, just bad prices". Could apply to houses as well.
