    The installer has made a good faith effort to seal the joint openings so to assure adequate venting to the exterior. That's alot more than I can say for most...

    I don't have a problem with it, if indeed that is a bathroom vent.

    I want to know why he went to so much trouble when he probably had some A/C duct left over?
