Arron,
The only thing I see is in 362.12 which would be not where subject to physical damage. I will assume that this building does not exceed 3 floors above grade.

I can't tell you about the listing, but that does not have the requied fittings at that box. I won't even comment at the stuff going into the wall below the panel... yes I will; yuck! (technical descriptive term)

The methodology leaves a lot to be desired. I see the conduit without the proper fittings at the device boxes or straps to the wall. It also looks like a nail-on box was used instead of a ENT or metal junction box.
I wonder what else is missing that we can't see?

Come on....Come on guys.....at least they semi hung it on the wall and left an air space to look inside the wall under the panel to make sure everything in there is alright. Gees....Picky...Picky
