Default Maximum height for main disconeect

Is there a maximum height for the main shut off in a panel? Not the panel height itself, but the main disconnect. I have one at around 78-80". Thanks for your replies ahead of time.

    Jody,

The maximum height of the handle is 6'7" (79") above the floor of the working space. It used to be 6'8" (80").

And that is not to "center" of the breaker, that is to the handle "when in its highest position".
