    Default Carport Construction

Paid 10K for the carport the agent said. She said it wasn't going anywhere it was so solid.

I said she was correct, its not going anywhere but straight down on top of someones vehicle or worse someone.

    10K shes says.

My client asked me what caused the damages to the driveway as such. Told her probably a meteorite.

Thats about 4k worth of wasted materials...

Looks like some old geezers built that since thats the way they built them back in the 40's.

Recommend moving the car asap and roping off the area.

    Matt,

Funny you should mention it, but the cross street at the corner from this house was you guessed it HOMER.

    I kid you not!

If you Google map "Homer St. Carrollton Texas", you'll see an intersection of Homer and Noble. Look 4 houses to east on the right side, you'll see the carport extending over the driveway.
