    Default Hose bibb under sink

Is this acceptable? It is an additional hose bibb type of installation.

    Thanks!

For starters it's not a hose bib. It's a cheap Moen or AS shower regulator. Acceptable? That's an interesting question but it isn't one that I would struggle to answer in my report. I would address the damage potential from the valve opening inadvertently. Unlike a hose cock (around here) you don't have to deliberately turn the handle. The handle just pulls out. It would be easy for someone to pull stuff out from underneath and pull the valve open along with it. If the handle is oriented to the left (hot side) and the sink has been used recently, a person could also get scalded as the water blasts out.
I'd recommend capping or removal. Were they using a portable dishwasher or wash machine in the kitchen? Looks like it might have been for something like that.

I used hose bibb because it was so strange I was not sure what else to call it. It is located in the garage, under the garage sink. What would you recommend calling it?

Like Marcus, I "would address the damage potential from the valve opening inadvertently."

That also needs to have an atmospheric type vacuum breaker installed on it.

Although, preferably, it needs to have a cap screw on and soldered in place.

Jerry, what do you think about the supports for the intake and exhaust air for the boiler in the heating section? I posted that as well.

That's a cat shower. It's missing a few parts though like an enclosure, drain and shower head.

It is also missing a vacuum breaker.
