    Jeff,
    Assuming you checked (if you could check) the header and lintel sizes and attachments and those were okay, you've done what you can and I would suggest passing it on.

    Was that first picture of the middle of the opening? Do you have a picture from farther back? I'm looking at that mortar crack a few feet to the left of that weep hole and wondering if the lintel is sagging?
