After 20+ years selling commercial doors & hardware ( did Target stores all around the country ), the slow economy finally hit the commercial market and out I went. As the saying goes, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade"!

I took this "opportunity" as my RESET button on life and off to inspector school I went. It's a good fit for me, I've been building remodeling and repairing homes since I was 15 so I know how they go together and how they work. I'm also a very detail oriented person and see things that amaze my wife so this is easywork for me.

I spent many weeks developing my website, getting insurance, getting legal, getting software, getting marketing materials, etc. so that even though I'm the new guy, I don't look like it!

I'm in networking groups, joined the local realtors association and signed up for a committee there.

I'm in for the long run, not just until I get a "real job".

Now I need to start making friends, so, Hello from Minnesota!
