It is a good news for the HIs in Ontario to be licensed. Most of the BC Licensed Home Inspectors has more inspections after licensing on 31/03/2009. It is good to the industry for providing professional inspection at reasonable cost.

    Daniel

When and if it happens, ( I have been told by the speaker of the house) there is no licencing in the works. But this meeting is to discuss the issues and to be ready if and when.

But believe me Ontario needs licencing because the one association of record is a disaster.

    Cheers,
