    Default Unknown type of repair to foundation wall

    Can anyone indentify these plugs in the foundation wall in the basement. It appears to be some sort of repair.

    Looks like some sort of epoxy repair. "REcommend obtaining warranty on foundation repair from owner that should have been given to him by installing contractor." we cannot determine quality of repair, but looks like BS to me

    Yep, looks like structural cracking epoxy repairs which both seal and "repair" the concrete.
