    Maybe the faucet handles should be replaced with the disabled levers so you can turn on the faucet while stretching over it to work in the panel. Combine the stainless sink with a galvanized drainage system and we're in business--especially if you like to work on the electrical when you're nekkid., hope there's no disposer.

    I think we call that a one room Kitchen apartment.
    5x5, 200 amp service, running water, needs paint.
    Now with Peg board for storing your tools close by.
