    Default Flue Pipe Handrail

This is from a 180 year old rowhouse in Philly. They sleeved the single walled pipe through the larger flue pipe I suppose in a feeble attempt to help cut down on heat transfer. There was no other way to route this pipe either. Just a flat out poor design.

    Nick,

That stairway looks like it might be in the home of Buffalo Bobs. You didn't find any large moths flying around did you?

No moths Rick but I did find one large dead roach on the basement floor that the realtor claimed was a water bug.
