SP: I read the thread. I will do as you asked and be nice. The only way I can though is simply by not responding to this wayward sparky. So then, I'll take a step out of character and remain silent.

    Boy,

Frustrating and humorous at the same time. I particularly enjoyed the part where he directed his detractors to a discussion on Mike Holt's site that refuted his belief. Pretty sad.

The problem is his self-promoting propaganda (maybe a member of that national inspector association where marketing rules) and the people who visit his website or use the Active Rain when looking for home inspectors. I do take issue with the reporting inspector specifying repair details - unless of course he was a master electrician also.

The above statements are expressed solely as my opinion and in all probability will conflict with someone else's.

Ah ha! I wondered how Jerry found his way over there.

    Now I know.

And yeah, Jerry, you were "kinda" nice.

    "Were" being key.

His response required otherwise this time. A 2x4 upside the his head, but still "nice" about it.
